A recent addition to the many gathering spaces at the château is our barbecue area inspired by the Argentinian tradition of Asado a word that means far more than cooking over coals. Asado captures the spirit of uniting around the fire and creating moments of connection and warmth.
We wanted to bring this spirit to life and also add authenticity and continuity. So we repurposed ancient stones from when the château was built, still in the original grounds, to create unique benches, now softened with natural sheepskins.
And memories have already been made here - with both new and longtime friends — evenings filled with laughter, shared food, and stories that stretched long into the night.
The asado is positioned between the Orangery, the main château and the vast Terrace du Mont Ventoux, creating many possibilities for fun. Think long tables for a sunset dinner celebration, a casual BBQ buffet with music and mingle or a simple team-building lunch around the fire after your corporate meeting in the Orangery next door.
